Owner and bankroller of Chelsea, Roman Abramovich, has spent a whopping £89 million on just the sacking of managers since he joined the Blues.
The Russian billionaire bought the club in June 2003 and has since transformed the Blues from a mid-table side into European heavyweights.
However, his way of running the club has been somewhat irrational sometimes when it comes to the hiring and firing of managers.
Abramovich’s vision for Chelsea is to see the club always challenging for titles, both domestically and in Europe.
As a result, the he is not reluctant at all to wield the axe when a manager fails to deliver the kind of success he wants, and not even a hefty compensation could stop him.
The latest to fall victim of that ruthless sacking culture at Stamford Bridge is Antonio Conte, who was fired from his post as manager on Friday.

The Italian led the Blues to the Premier League title in his debut season, before guiding them to FA Cup glory in his second, albeit failing to qualify for the Champions League.
The former Juventus boss will, however, not be worried at all as he has been paid a whopping £9 million for the termination of his contract.
But that sum is just paltry, compared to the hefty sums dished out by Abramovich to other former Chelsea managers whose contracts were also terminated before its stipulated time.
